Who am I really? It is this very question that has supplied the building blocks of my life.
Never really being able to accept, love and acknowledge my worth, I constantly found myself lost and lacking direction, never fully trusting my own inner guidance. On this constant search to find myself I found solace in escaping my problems. Travelling the world for most of my life seemed to suit my personality. I craved the adventure and nomadic lifestyle which kept me always on the go , forever exploring & never still enough to reveal those deeper aspects of myself. If emotions would arise, I would drink to escape and it became a vicious cycle. I was often depressed, but didn't know why and always put on a brave face even when everything was not ok.
My career path took me on many adventures, working for billionaires, sailing the high seas, managing wellness retreats and resorts. All high paced, high stress environments. I had natural gifts in leadership and could handle any situation that was thrown at me. So it seemed natural for me to work non-stop, take on lots of stress, and constantly sacrifice my own needs for the needs of others. I was a born people pleaser.
After burnout, sickness, toxic relationships and feeling like I had no purpose in life. I choose to leave my career of 9 years. With it I left my home, relationship, community and embarked on 2 year sabbatical to find myself. During this time I discovered a system that allowed me to truly understand my role in this life and how to align to my purpose. This system was Human Design. After seeing my life path, strengths and gifts captured in this map, I could finally start to love & accept myself. I had a purpose and it then became my passion to teach others how to read and embody their own life map.
Human Design is an initiation into your true self.
This system has taught me so much, acceptance, love, compassion. It empowers me to be the best version I can be. After 8 years of immersing myself in its wisdom, it continually guides me to flow with life instead of forcing it to happen. Teaching me that the exact person, situation or teaching happens in the right timing. It has taught me to trust in myself, my intuition, my gifts. That no one has the same life path as me, so I need to embrace my uniqueness.
Nothing brings me more pleasure than to see another person finally understand who they are at the deepest level. As I lead clients through their own life map they start to understand, accept and develop a new way of being. They find peace, they surrender, they go into a state of connection rather than separation.
This new awareness allows them to see their true essence, beauty and authenticity .
Life will bring you the lessons you need to learn.
Throughout my own journey I have studied many different modalities. I am a Yoga Teacher, a qualified Hypnotherapist, a Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, Human Design & Gene Keys Coach. All of which I weave into my sessions depending on what is needed at the time. I am extremely intuitive and can tell what is blocked within a person when I tune into their body.
I have walked the path, sometimes stumbled but it has allowed me to coach in a way that is authentic and truthful. I have been told time and time again how safe people feel with me, which is something that I take great pride in.
I have been immersed in spirituality and personal development for over 25 years and have been actively teaching and coaching for the last 8 years. In this time I have facilitated over 100 retreats and have found that holding space for others to move through a process is one of my gifts.
I am a 6/2 Generator that has learnt through many trials and errors what it takes to truly accept, love and value yourself.
My wish is for every person in the world to remember who they are to the core of their being,
because as Aristotle would say “knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”

Human Design and the Gene Keys are the best self-assessment tools to date. Both these systems have changed my understanding of who I am and all I could be. Unlike other personality assessment tools, Human Design teaches us that everyone has a unique and individual design. There is never a one size fits all.
Both systems are based on an ancient system called the I-ching comprised of 64 hexagrams which in essence are archetypes of ourselves. By embodying and practicing their methods, these systems have created change in my life. It is now my purpose to provide you with insight into your own life map and how to navigate your way through. You have always held the keys and it will be my gift to show you how to use them.

The Gene Keys is a sister system that goes hand and hand with human design. Developed by Master teacher Richard Rudd, it is one of the most transformative systems, that shows us how to embody Human Design.
The gene keys dives further into the 64 archetypes in the I-ching. Focusing on the shadow states that exist within each of us and helping you to accept and love them. Richard Rudd spent 7 years developing this system. Its lessons are poetic and speaks to the heart.
It connects you to your physical body, repairs your relationships and unlocks the doors that might be holding back your prosperity.
Essentially it delivers you to the truth of who you are.
I use the gene keys in my teachings and coaching. It has been a constant source of inspiration for me and I hope you take the time to discover it for yourself.
If you were to take a deep breath in right now you would notice how your energy is instantly heightened. You can imagine then what would happen if we were to do this for a 1 hr session. The breath supplies oxygen to every cell in your body, the more we can flood these areas with life, the more vital and healthy we feel.
Having studied Hypnotherapy I know the importance of keeping the mind busy. By keeping the mind focused on the breath, it allows us to access different states of consciousness such as Alpha and Theta. This is where you go into the realm of the subconscious and access our inner psyche. As the breath stimulates the pineal gland and pituitary gland, we start to access a natural chemical called DMT, which is responsible for the serotonin our brain produces. Serotonin is the "feel good" chemical and linked to our happy emotions.
However the breath can also release blocked emotions
Imagine you have a room in your house that has been locked up for many years. The room has lots of things stored in there that have been forgotten about & gathering dust. With the Breath we are opening up all the windows and doors in the room, as we do this, it is natural that some of the boxes ( i.e. emotions) stored in the body will be shaken up a bit, releasing some of the dust. Sometimes they may be emotions of grief or anger, and sometimes it can be a feeling of deep ecstasy, bliss & euphoria. Breathwork teaches you not to suppress what is showing up. It gives you valuable insight into the world of your emotions, connecting you to your body and how important it is to release rather than repress.
Breathwork teaches you that YOU are your own healer
YOU provide the keys to your freedom, you just have to be willing to turn the key. What I love the most about Breathwork is that it puts you into a state of deep connection to your body, mind and soul.
Breathwork taught me so much about my own body - how I see it, view it, accept it. Nothing needs to be changed, I am complete and whole just as I am. The power of the Breath has been crucial to my own journey and my only wish is that we all experience just how important the breath is for healing, love and connection.
I am a trained Breathwork Facilitator under Breath of Bliss, which does exactly as it states - brings you to a state of Bliss. It can be a gentle experience or dynamic as you decide the intensity of the breath you take.
It combines sound, movement, breath and heart connection.
It is my favourite embodiment practice and has changed my life.

In the group experience although extremely healing we can often stop ourselves from going fully into the experience in fear of being judged when releasing.
Your first time experience for breathwork can be transformational. To ensure that you are completely supported during the experience I gently guide you towards healing and awareness of both body, mind and spirit in a private session where you can feel safe in your own environment
Private breathwork sessions allow you to go deeper into the experience, fully embracing what is showing up with support and individual energy work
Breath of Bliss is a ceremony celebrating the Breath.
It is a 1.5-2 hr experience that combines movement, sound and breath.
We first explore the body with Ecstatic Dance, which creates a sense of freedom by being in the now.
We then get in touch with your emotions by dropping into your heart space.
We finish with a 1 hr long guided breath work journey using open mouth connected breath, which will take you into expanded states of consciousness.
It is a beautiful practice that expands your awareness through connecting you to your heart
Understanding how energy works is a crucial step to getting back into alignment with your own inner rhythm. Energy is the source of everything with masculine and feminine energies governing all life principles. But without knowledge of our energy circuits or the universal laws that govern us we cannot use it to heal or empower.
As you learn about the 9 energy centers in Human Design, and how you give and receive energy, you can instantly improve your health, your focus, concentration, happiness, abundance, relationships, mindset and your ability to manifest what you desire.
Energy moves up and down our bodies frequently in channels and circuits. Without awareness or knowledge of how this works and how to clear it will cause you to feel stuck, stagnant and lost. Being a Reiki Master I have learnt that shifting your energy instantly improves your health and happiness through creating balance and harmony.
The entire Human Design Mandala is based off combinations of both masculine and feminine energies, guiding us to what energy we need to align to unlock our greatest potential. Once you understand how to work with your individual energy you can then create deep and lasting change in your life.
Masculine energy is strong dynamic energy. It is the energy we need to get things done. Think of the energy of the SUN. This is creative, active energy that helps us to finish tasks & projects. When we feel empowered and strong, set goals and plans we are tuning into masculine energy.
However we cannot sustain this energy all the time. Many of us have been pushing ourselves too much without taking time for breaks or rest. This then causes us to burnout. Understanding cycles of action and when to rest is key to managing your energy in a way that supports you to grow. Managing your masculine energy stops you from experiencing stress & burnout as well as helping you to confront situations that are not healthy for you.
Feminine energy is receptive energy. It is our watery, emotional, intuitive nature. Think of the energy of the MOON. This is energy that is needed to tune into our intuition, to heal our wounds, to nurture and nourish our emotions and practice self love.
When we do not give ourselves the space or the time to tune into our feminine nature we experience depression, trauma, self abandonment, repressed emotions, an inability to love ourselves or others as well as being disconnected from our bodies and hearts.
Feminine energy helps us release, repair and restore.
If we do not take the time to explore this energy by acknowledging our bodies and emotions we cannot live the life we are destined for.
The mind is comprised of two elements that work together. The conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is the creative mind. When the conscious mind is engaged in thinking, the subconscious mind is the default program on autopilot.
When we look at out into the world, what we are seeing are the programs from your subconscious mind. These programs came about from downloading other people's behaviours, such as mother, father, siblings, teachers and community.
Most of our core beliefs are created between the ages of 0-7, during this age we take in information like a sponge, causing us to absorb the patterns of those people who we are surrounded by. When we grow up in environment where there is trauma, unfortunately we don't have the tools to help us process that trauma in the moment it occurs, what happens is that it becomes a memory that is not fully formed (not complete). When a memory is not complete we end up seeing ourselves and the world around us as if we were the same age as our trauma and drama. Anytime one of our 5 senses pick up on something that relates to that trauma our feelings are triggered and then we react with whatever memory we have going on that happened the first time.
The subconscious mind is the source of all our emotions and feelings, it is the source of all our mental and physical habits and behaviours. It controls the entire operation of the physical body. It allows us to create, to imagine, to receive information from a higher presence.
The most powerful thing the subconscious mind does is that it obeys orders. If you have a belief that is in direct opposition to what you are trying to achieve, the subconscious will always listen to the core belief, verses what you are asking for. This is why affirmations rarely work. The deeper the belief the more power it has.
By developing a strong relationship between the subconscious mind and conscious mind you can start to fully understand what has been driving you. Through my own experience I have come to realise that our world is created through our mind. Having studied Hypnotherapy and discovering I had a repressed memory, I could finally understand the reasons I had attracted the many life experiences that caused me to fall into depression and lack of self love. I could never truly understand why I was behaving the way I was, sabotaging good opportunities and relationships and choosing to stay in toxic situations and relationships that were hurting me.
As I went into this more deeply, I started to see patterns of behaviour through thoughts, actions and emotions that were stopping me from having what I truly desired. Once you acknowledge it, it is no longer in the dark and you can start your life fresh, full of energy, no longer operating from a past version of yourself.
Once we change the belief you can finally live the life you were destined for. The Human Design map helps me to understand where you will have the most conditioning and patterns that are stopping you from moving forward in your life.

Everything we see in our outer reality is created from our subconscious programming, created in our first 7 years of life.
By reconnecting to this old programming it can help to understand patterns of behaviour that are not serving you by keeping you operating in a way that is not who you really are or want to become.
If you are finding yourself getting triggered by others, feeling stuck in life, overcome by emotions or in a state of hopelessness and apathy. You have core beliefs that are keeping you stuck unable to move forward.
The subconscious mind communicates to you through showing you problems in your outer reality, through your relationships, body, business, health, finances etc. All these stressors trying to show you something is off in your system and attention needs to be given.
Once we release these untrue beliefs we start showing up in the world as confident, capable and successful
Meditation and mindfulness have been around for thousands of years. Meditation helps to shut down our fight or flight response as it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system ( the relaxing part) and it is this part that allows us to heal and restore.
Meditation helps us to relieve stress, wiping away the troubles of yesterday so you are fresh and clean for the next day. Think of it as a cleanse for your mind.
There are many different types of meditation.
Meditations on self reflection and questioning. Visualisation of our goals and desires as well as mindfulness.
Meditation can also help us to transcend. In which we use the sound of a mantra and this helps to compete with the thoughts. Which then leads us to having deep awareness.
As we practice these techniques what you experience is your inner consciousness which helps you to have clarity, direction and purpose.
